A curated program of temporary public art installations throughout the city of Kyiv, challenging artists and viewers to creatively address the changing physical, emotional, and social concepts of occupation.
Rodenbeck offers a rigorous art historical reading of Kaprow's project and related artworks. She finds that these experiential and experimental works offered not a happy communalism but a strong and canny critique of contemporary sociality. Happenings, she argues, were far more ambivalent, negative, and even creepy than they have been portrayed, either in contemporaneous accounts or in more recent efforts to connect them to contemporary art's participatory strategies.
DVD of the collaborative performance by The Taipei Chinese Orchestra (TCO) and U Theatre performed at Zhongshan Hall in September 2007. “Breaking Dawn” combined modern theatre, percussive drumming and traditional Chinese music to create a visual concerto of sights and sounds.

This album by the mixed-media Brazilian duo Tetine is a DIY collection of tropical mutant punk funk/ new wave & experimental electro pop fused with minimal dark sambas and leftfield percussive drum machine-pop, forming a set of personal electronic/post punk pieces with a very distinctive melodic and harmonic sense.
