Pacific Standard Time is the culmination of a long-term Getty Research Institute initiative that focuses on postwar art in Los Angeles. Through archival acquisitions, oral history interviews, public programming, exhibitions, and publications, the Research Institute is responding to the need to locate, collect, document, and preserve the art historical record of this period. This is a small collection of mixed printed material from related events.

Created in response to Pustianaz's personal meanderings of the Live Art Development Agency's Study Room, this good natured, playful and mischievous guide invites a solo journey around the concepts and ideas behind 'the event' and 'the document' inspired by the documents of the Study Room itself.
Based on real events, the performance centres on a notebook in which Mroué has collected everything published in local papers about the disappearance of a government employee in Beirut.
