Come On, Get Happy

Notes

Keep it Simple

Streamline your life. Must you accept every invitation you get? Does your lifestyle keep you out almost every night after work; are you constantly over-booked and over-burdened? Why burn out before dinner? Leave a block of time, each day, for doing something spontaneous.

Take a step back, and assess your calendar. Do you really need to make an appearance at every party, church function, town meeting, restaurant opening, and birthday party?

It may be time to simplify your life. Choose one or two of those “nights out” that are really important, and limit yourself to those evenings. Slowing down can save your life, both literally and figuratively. Being more of a “homebody” has its rewards.
