Immutability and Fashion – Chinese Contemporary Art in the Midst of Changing Surroundings
Exhibition catalogue. Since the early 1980s, Chinese society has been reconstructed at a furious pace. The works presented here are concerned with the artists’ surrounding society and environment, as well as the question of how to establish a connection with the world ‘here and now’.
