Double Exposures interviews now online
- Date
- Tuesday 12 Nov 2013
Double Exposures is a follow up to Manuel Vason’s groundbreaking book Exposures, published by Black Dog in partnership with the Live Art Development Agency in 2002. The project builds on Manuel Vason’s collaborative practice and will produce an extensive new body of work which will be profiled in a book co-published by LADA and Intellect in 2014.
For Double Exposures Manuel has conducted interviews with each of the collaborators which aim to give the artists a voice beyond the work created and to create a different exchange between Manuel and the respective artist.
Artists interviewed so far include: Alistair MacLennan, Elvira Santamaria, Ernst Alois Fischer, Florence Peake, Franko Black, Giovanna Maria Casetta, Harold Offeh, Helena Goldwater, Helena Hunter, Jamie Lewis Hadley, Joshua Sofaer, Julia Bardsley, Lauren Barri The-Famous Holstein, Marcia Farquhar, Martin O'Brien, Michael Mayhew, Noëmi Lakmaier, Oreet Ashery, Ron Athey, Rita Marcalo, Sinead O'Donnell, Stacy Makishi, Zierle Carter and the vacuum cleaner.
