Unbound

Unbound is an online shop for Live Art books and dvds.

Unbound is a one-stop shop for everything Live. Unbound specialises in publications, dvds and artefacts related to contemporary art practices: from experimental theatre to body art, from the history of performance art to performance theory, from digital performance to art activism.

Unbound sells books published by major publishers and galleries relating to the Live Art and performance fields; hard-to-find artists’ publications, including limited editions; and artists’ dvds.
The Agency is constantly expanding the titles we sell on Unbound including on-demand dvds such as A History of Performance According to Martha Wilson in collaboration with Franklin Furnace, New York, Joshua Sofaer’s What is Live Art?, and Tim Etchells and Adrian Heathfield’s Somewhere Near Variety.

Unbound is a Live Art Development Agency initiative. Unbound is dedicated to disseminating a broad range of materials around Live Art practices and is run on a not-for-profit basis. Proceeds from Unbound sales are put back into the Live Art Development Agency's publication and research projects.
