Published by Black Dog and featuring exquisite and intimate photographs by Manuel Vason, Exposures is an unprecedented and long overdue look at the body in Live Art today. Working with their bodies as both a site and a signifier the artists represented in Exposures are some of the most acclaimed and controversial in Britain: artists who are disrupting the norm, breaking the rules and provoking debate by exposing the body in all its diversities, difficulties and desires.

These remarkable collaborations - between the former fashion photographer attuned to celebrating The Look and artists more concerned with problematising it - are neither straight forward documentation nor portraiture but something arguably more arresting and attesting.
