The Live Art Development Agency supports the development of Live Art education in a number of ways.
Support for individuals:
The Agency’s Study Room is a free, open access research facility which houses one of the largest publicly accessible libraries of Live Art related dvds, videos and publications in the UK. The Study Room is an ideal resource for those undertaking their own self-determined specialized research into Live Art theory and practice.
Unbound is an online shop selling books, dvds, cds, videos and artworks related to Live Art, performance and interdisciplinary art practice, including key texts, hard-to-find artists’ books, and limited editions.
Support for Higher Education:
The Live Art Development Agency supports the development of Live Art in Higher Education by encouraging relationships between institutions and practising artists, offering talks, information, advice and research materials to students, lecturers and scholars, and supporting the professional development of students and graduates.
The Agency’s Study Room is a free, open access research facility which houses one of the largest publicly accessible libraries of Live Art related dvds, videos and publications in the UK and is regularly used by individual students, scholars, and lecturers. The Agency also hosts student groups and is able to offer introductory sessions to the Agency and to Live Art as part of this. Feedback from Higher Education users of the Agency's Study Room can be downloaded here.

Since 1999 the Live Art Development Agency has collaborated with Queen Mary, University of London on the annual East End Collaborations programme which offers a range of support structures for graduates and emerging artists based in London.
The Agency is collaborating with Roehampton University and Goldsmiths College on Performance Matters, a three-year creative research project bringing together artists, curators and academics to investigate the challenges that contemporary performance presents to ideas of cultural value.
The Agency runs an informal Live Art in Higher Education E-Forum for use by tutors, course leaders and scholars. The E-Forum was set up for use by tutors, course leaders and scholars whose work, directly, or indirectly, relates to Live Art practice. The purpose of the E-Forum is to circulate information and announcements, ask for advice, discuss specific or general challenges to the ‘teaching’ of Live Art, and develop new initiatives. If you would like to join the E-Forum please send an email to info@thisisLiveArt.co.uk and put 'HE Forum' in the subject line. In your email please provide your full contact details and a summary of your role in Higher Education.
Support for Secondary Education:
Although the Agency does not work directly with schools, in 2009 Clare Shucksmith undertook an internship with the Agency to develop a Young Peoples Resource Pack on Live Art.
