APPLICATION GUIDELINES

YOU SHOULD COVER THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN YOUR PROPOSAL AS SUCCINTLY AND CLEARLY AS POSSIBLE AND EMAIL IT TO R.SHARP@QMUL.AC.UK  BY 11 APRIL 2008 AT THE VERY LATEST.

THE WORK:

Title of work

Your preferred space (eg. Studio, theatre, installation space, outdoor site etc)

How long is the work?
(Please note the maximum time for studio performances is 30 minutes. Installations and durational pieces are unlimited)

The number of artists involved

Please provide a short description of the work

Please provide information about the artist/s involved (eg. information on formal or informal training and performance experience to date).

If possible provide the name and contact details of a suitable referee (or attach a letter of recommendation to this application).

TECHNICAL:

Please detail your technical specifications/set up
(Please note, Queen Mary, University of London can provide lighting, sound, video, slide and multi media equipment, and production crew.  If you have special technical requirements they will need to be organised with the College in advance or provided yourself. Fit up and technical preparation will take place in advance/on the day of the performance. In the evening the maximum performance set up time is 15 minutes and maximum strike time is 15 minutes).

We will let you know by mid April if we are able to programme your work.
