LiveArtOnline - Directors Channel
The Live Art Development Agency Director’s Channel LiveArtOnline is an additional resource for access to a selection of live art films, documentation, and interviews and talks on and around Live Art. It also serves as a portal to YouTube video/films and channels of subscribed artists and organizations.
Currently, the Director’s Channel broadcasts our tenth year short films commissioned for the Live Art Development Agency’s tenth Anniversary. The channel will continue to expand based on response and desire to include other film resources. We welcome your feedback and insight on the Director’s Channel might best meet your needs. The LiveArtOnline Channel subscribes to the channels of the Live Art UK Partners as well as individual artists involved with any of the following Agency projects and initiative or professional development schemes over the last ten years: Live Culture, Exposures, the One to One Bursary Scheme, Variety Acts, PSi 12: Performing Rights, the Agency Study Room Guides writers, the National Review of Platform Programme 2002 and 2003, East End Collaborations from 1999 onwards, DIY since 2002, and Thinkers in Residence. The subscriptions can be found in the menu directly above the channel content or below the ‘recent activity’ section of the channel located on the left-hand side.
The films of the artists can also be accessed in the 'favourites' section located in the menu above the channel content or under the playlist selections. These favourited films are those that are either posted by the artist(s) or by one of the Live Art UK partners. Films posted by other individuals or organizations are not included. The Live Art Development Agency may also favourite the films of any of subscribers of the Director’s Channel.
