Seeks new Programme Coordinator
12-month full-time placement
The Live Art Development Agency is the leading development organisation for Live Art in the UK, offering resources, schemes, projects and initiatives for the support and development of Live Art practices and critical discourses in London, the UK and internationally.
The Programme Coordinator will work as part of the small team at the Agency to support and enhance the Agency’s programmes, resources and office, and contribute to the effectiveness of the Agency’s activities. The Programme Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Agency to best meet the opportunities and challenges it faces. This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong organisational skills to join the Agency and contribute to its future.
The post is offered as part of the DCMS Jerwood Creative Bursaries Scheme, aimed specifically at recent arts graduates whose circumstances mean they cannot afford to pay for training or whose background and family circumstances might make it difficult for them to take up unpaid positions. In order to be eligible, applicants must have graduated in 2009 or 2010 with a 2:1 (or higher) arts degree and must have been in receipt of a full maintenance grant, special support grant or hardship fund grant whilst studying. The Programme Coordinator will be employed on a full-time basis for a 12-month period, at an annual salary of £15,000.
